ETHICS AND WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY
Saint Andrew's School is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards, including complying with all applicable laws, regulations and School policies, and fostering an environment that is free from all forms of intimidation and retaliation.
Our Ethics and Whistleblower Policy is straightforward. In order to maintain the integrity of the community, the School intends to address any serious concerns about financial, accounting or business related improprieties. Saint Andrew's School has contracted with EthicsPoint, to provide a confidential means for reporting concerns in the event you are uncomfortable communicating them directly to the individuals listed in the policy. Reports may be filed calling the toll free number, 888-858-1419, or online.
EthicsPoint is not a vehicle for reporting academic, residential life or general employment matters. Such concerns should be directed to the appropriate administrator such as the Dean of Faculty, Division Heads or the Director of Human Resources.
The information you provide will be sent by EthicsPoint to the School on a confidential and anonymous basis. It will be referred to two members of the Board of Trustees (including the Chair of the Audit Committee), the Director of Human Resources and the Chief Financial Officer. Matters will be handled and resolved as soon as possible.
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key” which you should maintain in a safe place along with your password. After 5-6 business days, you may use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions. EthicsPoint is not an emergency service. Emergencies should be addressed by calling the local authorities, campus safety or dialing 911.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
