About Us

Saint Andrew’s Camps have been lucky enough to have a fantastic team of counselors that have stayed with us year after year. All of our counselors have had level 2 background checks, been drug tested and are First Aid, CPR and AED certified. Our staff includes teachers from the community as well as college students, many of whom have been with us since they were campers!

To that end, the competition for any open positions is tough. Counselor in Training

14 years old

The Counselor in Training (CIT) program prepares 14-year olds to be responsible, patient, and caring counselors for summers to come. Each week the CIT will train with different group leaders or specialists to understand the full spectrum of camp counseling at Saint Andrew's. The head counselor, specialist, and the day camp director will evaluate the CIT weekly.

CIT positions require that the candidate is 14 years old by 6/1/20. To participate in the CIT program please fill out the Camper Application. Please note, there are a limited number of positions and in order to evaluate effectively, at least a 6-week commitment is required.
