US Thespians Earn Top Ratings and Other Accolades at State Festival

Members of Saint Andrew’s International Thespian Society Troupe #4312 in Tampa.

Members of Saint Andrew’s International Thespian Society Troupe #4312 spent part of their spring break at the Florida State Thespian Festival in Tampa, FL. From Wednesday, March 18, to Saturday, March 21, students performed in qualifying events, assisted with timekeeping and door monitoring in other event rooms, attended workshops on everything from creating a theatre resume to Broadway choreography to puppetry, and attended performances by other high school troupes from across the state.

The Thespians continued their proud tradition of earning Excellent or Superior medals in all of their adjudicated events. More importantly, however, troupe director Dr. Mandy Albert and trip co-leader Mr. August Berger are proud of the enthusiastic support they offered each other and of the effort they put into their respective events.
