Saint Andrew’s School recently celebrated the impressive achievements of its DECA chapter at the 2026 Florida DECA Career Development Conference (CDC). Competing against a field of more than 2,500 students from across the state, the Saint Andrew’s delegation stood out for its rigorous preparation, professional conduct, and business acumen.

Beyond the competition itself, the conference served a greater purpose by providing students with a platform to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world application. By tackling complex business simulations and ethical scenarios, these young leaders developed the critical thinking and communication skills essential for lives of meaning and purpose in the global workforce.

Throughout the event, students participated in high-stakes competitions, testing their knowledge across marketing, finance, hospitality, and management.

Eight students delivered standout performances, placing within the Top 10 of their respective categories. This achievement has earned them the opportunity to compete at the DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in Atlanta, Georgia, from April 25-28.
