Jordyn and Kyle Kelman '27 have been featured in the May/June Centennial Issue of Boca Magazine in the article “The Next Generation: Teens Making a Difference in Boca.” They were selected for their dedicated volunteer work at Fuller Center, where they have been making a lasting impact since June 2023 through mentoring and supporting young students.
Since June 2023, the Kelman twins have been volunteering their time, energy, and hearts at Fuller Center, embodying what true community engagement looks like. Their commitment goes far beyond the required service hours for school; they have made volunteering an essential part of their lives. In January, their efforts led to securing a $4,000 grant for Fuller Center, further amplifying their impact on the children and programs they support.
Despite the demands of school and daily life, Jordyn and Kyle continue to prioritize their time with the children at Fuller. Reflecting on their experience, they shared, "There are some days when we are tired and wish we could just go home, but as soon as we get to the classroom at Fuller and read and do other activities with the kids, we feel the same happiness as they feel when they see us come into the classroom and yell out our names."
Jordyn and Kyle's passion, perseverance, and leadership are a shining example of Saint Andrew’s students making a difference in the world.
