Saint Andrew’s Concludes 2025–26 Wellness Series with Inspiring Parent Session

Lynn Lyons speaking at a Wellness Series Event

Saint Andrew’s School recently welcomed parents and caregivers to the final event of the 2025-26 Wellness Series, marking a meaningful close to a year of thoughtful programming focused on student well-being. The event was well attended, reflecting the community’s continued commitment to supporting the social and emotional health of its students.

The School was honored to host Lynn Lyons, a nationally recognized expert in anxiety and family wellness. Known for her engaging, approachable style, Lyons brought warmth and humor to an important topic: how to effectively support children in managing anxiety. Throughout the session, she translated complex emotional patterns into clear, practical strategies that parents can use to help their children build resilience, develop coping skills, and approach challenges with greater confidence.

Families who were unable to attend or who wish to revisit the conversation can access a recording of the session on the SAPA resource board on MySA through May 31, 2026.

The success of this year’s Wellness Series reflects a strong partnership across the Saint Andrew’s community. The School extends its sincere appreciation to the Saint Andrew’s Parent Association for its collaboration, as well as to the many donor families whose generosity makes this impactful programming possible.

As the Wellness Series concludes for the year, Saint Andrew’s remains committed to fostering a supportive environment where students and families are equipped with the tools needed to thrive in Mind, Body, and Spirit.
