Students in the Upper School set up a table outside Great Mariani Hall to celebrate Diwali. Students and faculty members were invited to try their hand at creating Rangoli art and encouraged to try some authentic Diwali sweets.
Diwali is a religious holiday celebrated by the Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh, and Jain religions. It is a national holiday and an auspicious celebration across India and is typically marked by socializing and exchanging gifts with family and friends.
