Shirley Chen '29 delivered a standout performance at the Connor, Clark & Lunn Private Capital 2025 Canadian Junior and Senior Squash Championships, clinching the Girls U13 national title in Toronto. The tournament, held from May 1 - 4 at the Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club, brought together the country’s top junior talent in a world-class setting.
The club’s curling rink was transformed into a squash amphitheater, featuring a Power Glass court that created an electric atmosphere for players and spectators alike. Supported by presenting sponsor KPMG, the event hosted over 35 titles across junior and senior divisions, making it one of the most anticipated competitions on the Canadian squash calendar.
Shirley's journey through the tournament showcased her exceptional skill, determination, and sportsmanship, culminating in a well-earned national title.
