Alex Horowitz '26, President of the SA Key Club, continues the tradition that he has been carrying out since 2018 when he and his brother Nick '21 started the SA Click Club of hand delivering turkeys and hams along with all side dishes to more than twenty families yearly.
This year, SA Click Club members and friends Alexander Horowitz '26, Bernardo Carvalho, Jayden Anderson '26, and Matheus Gouveia '27 delivered the Thanksgiving meals together. These students stay in touch with the families throughout the year, helping to tutor their kids and help however they can.
Thanksgiving is one of their favorite times of year because they get to spend quality time giving to the families and celebrating being grateful for their blessings. Alex explained that these families know they can count on us throughout the year, especially during these special holidays.
"It gives us tremendous joy knowing the families will have incredible Thanksgiving festivities, and we are a part of it. The relationships we have made with the families are one of the things I am most thankful for because I consider us one big family," said Alex.
