SA Community Cheers on Rev. Taylor in Local Theater Production

The Reverend Dr. David Taylor returned to the theater stage after an eighteen-year hiatus as Judge Turpin in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street at the William G. Skaff Center in West Palm Beach.

Reverend Taylor captivated the audience with his portrayal of the villainous judge, whose actions initiate the cycle of revenge that fuels Sweeney Todd’s journey. His acting skills, as well as his more familiar singing voice, which we’ve all been able to enjoy over the years, were on full display.

Current students, faculty, and staff, as well as former faculty and alumni, showed their support by attending the play, which was met with rave reviews. Congratulations, Reverend Taylor!
