Linguistics Students Collaborate with Grade 4 Students on Morphology

Upper School Linguistics students collaborated with grade 4 students in an engaging session on morphology, focusing on prefixes and suffixes. Through creative lessons and hands-on activities, the collaboration deepened understanding of word formation, reinforced key linguistic concepts, and fostered mentorship and teamwork. Dr. Anthony shared, "The fourth graders were excited to learn from the older students, while the Linguistics students developed their leadership and communication skills by teaching and guiding their younger peers." This initiative highlights the school’s dedication to innovative, community-centered learning experiences.
