Eden Glassman '30 has been selected as a finalist in the 2025 National Chinese Speech Contest in the Grades 6-8 World Language Program Group category. This prestigious competition showcases students' dedication to mastering the Chinese language and culture. 

The final competition will take place on March 22, where participants will deliver speeches on this year's theme: "Encountering Chinese: Exploring the Wonderful Journey of Language and Culture."

When asked about Eden making it to the finals, her Chinese teacher, Florence Lee, wrote, "Eden's hard work, passion, and commitment to language learning have led to this remarkable accomplishment, and we cannot wait to see them shine on the national stage."
