The grade 7 Chinese students recently had the opportunity to visit a local restaurant in Boca Raton, where they practiced their language skills in an immersive setting. Each student confidently ordered their meal in Chinese, engaging with the restaurant staff while enhancing their cultural and language proficiency. This hands-on experience allowed the students to apply what they’ve learned in class and provided a fun and interactive way to appreciate Chinese cuisine and culture. It was a memorable outing that deepened their connection to the language while enjoying a delicious meal together!
