Mrs. Nichols, Director of Symphonic and Advanced Bands, paid a visit to Sra. Pin-Mariotto's Spanish Year 3 class. She shared a song she is learning for the Middle School Chapel on Thursday, September 18. Mrs. Nichols demonstrated the process through which musicians often prepare to sing a song in another language, studying pronunciation cues. Music is one of the many ways we can learn and celebrate each other's cultures. Through the song "Digno", students were given the opportunity to make both language and cultural connections. ¡Muchas gracias Mrs. Nichols!
