Aviation

Saint Andrew’s School is proud to partner with Lynn University - College of Aeronautics to offer Upper School students ages 16 and over two pilot’s licensing training opportunities after school and on weekends:

Pilot’s Licensing Opportunities: Private Pilot: Get licensed to fly. This FAA-issued license is your first step in your pursuit of a hobby or future career in the clouds. You must have a current, valid FAA medical to earn this certificate.

Instrument Pilot Rating:
This rating will help you learn to trust your instruments—and will allow you to fly at night and in imperfect weather. You must have a valid private pilot license to enter this certificate program.

As an added bonus, students participating in this program may earn up to 12 college credits through Lynn University.
