SA Celebrates Seniors as Prestigious Palm Beach Post Pathfinder Award Winners

Saint Andrew’s School is proud to acknowledge three seniors, Julia Nicholsberg, Manci Pal, and
Maya Sharma, who were recognized as Pathfinder winner at the 40th annual Pathfinder High School Scholarship Awards Ceremony.

The Pathfinder Awards are presented each year to high school seniors in Palm Beach and Martin counties who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in 18 different categories.

This year, 530 students from several different high schools were nominated for the prestigious awards, before judges reviewed letters, applications, and conducted interviews to determine the category winners.

In total, 54 students were recognized in the academic, athletic, and vocational categories at the awards ceremony. Saint Andrew’s winners were named in the following categories:

Julia Nicholsberg -  Second Place; World Language

Manci Pal - Third Place; Sports

Maya Sharma - Second Place; Music Vocal

The Pathfinder High School Scholarship Awards are sponsored by The Palm Beach Post. These awards are presented each year to recognize excellence and to encourage high school students to one day bring their considerable talents to the communities where each received a start on the path to a good education and a rewarding career.

Each of the 18 first-place winners receives a $3,000 scholarship, while second and third-place winners receive scholarships worth $2,000 and $1,500, respectively.
