Saint Andrew's Squash Finishes 3rd at US High School Squash Nationals
Saint Andrew’s traveled to Philadelphia, PA to compete in the 2023 US Squash High School Nationals from February 24-27. Over 100 schools and 1,700 players participated in this fantastic tournament. Our Scots earned the #3 seeding in the boys (most competitive) Division I (Justi Cup). On Friday, the Scots swept #15 ranked Milburn High School 7-0. On Saturday, the Scots then swept the #6 ranked Episcopal 7-0 and returned to courts later that evening to face #2 ranked Haverford. After nearly four hours of competition, the Scots fell to the Haves 3-4 in a very tight battle. On Sunday, the Scots faced the #4 ranked Brunswick School and defeated them 5-2.
Our Scots finished the tournament in third place demonstrating the strength of our Saint Andrew’s squash program in just its second season!
