Will Romac '22 Takes Second Place at PBC Cross Country Championships

Senior Will Romac led the Scots to a runner-up finish at the Palm Beach County Championships at South County Regional Park. This solid performance was following his 3rd place finish at the prestigious Pre-State Cross Country Meet in Tallahassee, FL on October 16. Senior Damien Carlsson was not too far behind finishing in 5th place at the County Championships.

As the boys and girls team continue to deal with multiple injuries and illnesses this season, several other runners have stepped up to carry the load. On the girls side, freshman Gabby Gouveia led the Scots at the County Championships and senior Maddy Byers maintained her consistency finishing second for Saint Andrew's.

The Scots are heading into the FHSAA District Championships at South County Regional Park on Tuesday, October 26 as the boys look to win their 10th consecutive district championship title. Go Scots!
