Yassin Emara '23 Finishes 3rd in U19 US Squash Junior Gold Tournament

Junior Yassin Emara competed in the US Squash Baird E. Haney Brooklyn Junior Gold tournament in Brooklyn, New York on October 9-11. Playing above his age group, Yassin competed in the U19 division and finished 3rd in the tournament. 

Yassin is currently ranked 3rd in the state of Florida, 92nd in Junior-Boys, and 176 in Adults-All Men by US Squash. Yassin trains with coach Wael El Hindi who reached a #8 ranking in the world as a player himself and has been the US Junior National coach leading other players to #1 junior rankings. Yassin and other Saint Andrew's students train at Kinetic Indoor Racquet Club which is a new facility in Boynton Beach and are looking forward to competing this winter.
