How do I order from the school store website?
How do I pick up my order in person?
If picking up in person, you will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for pick-up. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID that matches the name on the confirmation sent via email. If the name on the ID does not match the name on the order confirmation, you will be unable to pick up your package.
How does it work when an order is shipped?
What is the return policy?
- In-person
- You must return in person within 30 days of purchase with the tag still attached. Usually, we can look up your purchase in your school account, but it is always a good idea to have your emailed receipt ready.
- Online
- Return items within 30 days of purchase with the tag still attached. When shipping back, place one or more of the following in your package: your printed order confirmation or your receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and returns are at the customer's expense.
