  • Meet Adena Shriner - Lower School Admissions

I joined the Admission office in 2006 following a twelve-year career as an elementary educator in Independent Schools in South Florida.  I hold my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood.   Saint Andrew’s School is more than just the place I work, it is my community.  In 2010 my family joined me as proud SCOTS when my husband began as a teacher and my two daughters joined our Lower School.  One year later we became part of the Resident Life faculty.  My experiences here help me to share with prospective families exactly how Saint Andrew’s School fosters each child in mind, body, and spirit from multiple perspectives.  I look forward to sharing with you all that Saint Andrew’s School has to offer.

  • Meet Lesley Fisher - Middle School Admissions

I joined the Saint Andrew’s School admission office in 2016 and I am honored to be a part of a professional team devoted to introducing prospective families to what being a Scot is all about. I’m excited to begin my 5th year as the Director of Middle School Admission and SEVIS Coordinator. Originally from Ontario, Canada, I have a B.S. from Brock University, and a Master of Science in Teaching Biology, Education Studies, Health and Physical Education in High School, from Griffith University, Australia. My previous 7 years of teaching experience have helped direct me to this position where I can continue to share my passion for education. One of my favorite times of the day is when I have the opportunity to take a tour through our Middle School campus. I encourage you to come see our middle schoolers in action and witness the level of great care from our educators and administrators. I am also the proud parent of a Kindergarten Scot, and I look forward to welcoming you to our community!

  • Meet Denise Redington - Upper School Admissions

I joined Saint Andrew’s in 1999, so I know first-hand what an incredibly special place this is! A native New Yorker, I have found my home in a wonderfully supportive environment on an unbelievably beautiful campus. I excitedly and happily joined the Saint Andrew’s School community in August 2000 as a Mathematics Instructor in the Upper School. After eight years in the classroom, I shifted gears and joined a wonderful group of professionals on the Admission Team. I am honored to share my intimate knowledge of our classrooms and curriculum with prospective families and help them navigate their school choices. Meeting and working with so many outstanding students and parents has been a highlight of my 25 years in education. During my time at SA, I have also had the honor of being an advisor, a dance teacher, a dance team coach, and also a yoga instructor to the incredible faculty and staff. I was also the proud parent of a Scot for 7 years!

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Elementary Education and have spent my career dedicated to children and families.

I am married, and the proud mom of an Upper School Scot.
