Global Engagement & Experiential Learning
Scots are citizens of the world.
Global awareness matters more than ever, and we are committed to helping Scots become inspired citizens of the world who lead positive change and serve others within the school community and beyond.

Turning Knowledge into Action
Students turn knowledge into action through experiences worldwide, cultural events, and volunteer opportunities. Through these experiences, Scots have the opportunity to learn and experience the diversity of people in South Florida, the United States, and around the world - our similarities, our differences, and how we are interconnected.

Round Square
As part of our commitment to bring a global emphasis to our core curriculum, Saint Andrew's School is a world member of the Round Square organization. Our membership in the Round Square organization takes our mission of educating students in mind, body, and spirit to a new level. Round Square is a worldwide association of more than 180 schools in five continents that share a unique and ambitious commitment to personal development and responsibility. This is achieved as students participate in community service, exchange programs, and conferences, which often take them halfway around the world.
THE ROUND SQUARE "IDEALS" INCLUDE SIX PILLARS

immersion
Contributing significantly to our students’ global engagement are our Immersion Programs. Programs include immersive service opportunities in our global community, curriculum-based travel programs, language immersion programs, student exchange or visit opportunities with schools around the world, and student leadership and personal development programs.
