Scots Competing at the Next Level

Saint Andrew’s mission is to develop the mind, body and spirit of our students. We believe that balance is critical to a successful education and offer 17 different sports and field 64 different teams between our Upper School and Middle School. Our Middle School athletics program offers five sports seasons which are shorter than the Upper School season, giving each student-athlete the opportunity to participate in multiple sports.

At Saint Andrew’s, we believe in “honor above all.” The Athletic Department emphasizes the value of each individual and respect for others. We stress teamwork, sportsmanship, personal commitment, a quest for excellence, a sense of fair play, and fun.

Knowing that participation in athletics improves students’ self-confidence and overall health, our coaching staff is committed to fostering each student-athlete’s confidence, decision-making skills, sense of responsibility, and leadership skills. These qualities will serve them well in college and throughout life.

Through fostering broad participation in sports and enthusiastic support for the school’s teams, the Athletic Department also generates a sense of pride in the student body, the faculty, and the larger school community.

Our school is a member of the FHSAA (Florida High School Athletic Association) and fully supports their policies and regulations. In addition, the middle school competes in the Gold Coast League which is made up of eight other area schools.
