
Saint Andrew’s School is proud to announce that Vineet Nadkarni ’13 has been selected as a National Chemistry Olympiad Finalist for 2012.
The U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad is a competition that brings together the nation’s most talented high school students to test their knowledge and skills in chemistry. Vineet earned his tops honors by taking a qualifying examination, which was given at Nova Southeastern University on April 21, 2012. The qualifying examination consisted of 90 minutes of multiple choice questions, 105 minutes of free response questions, and 90 minutes of laboratory work.
Based on his examination score, Vineet was one of two students in the State of Florida to make the National Top 50 or High Honors Group.

In addition to the National Chemistry Olympiad Finalist Award, Vineet was also awarded the Outstanding AP Chemistry Award and the Rensselaer Medal at Prize Day.
