Club Fair

Early in the academic year on a Wednesday afternoon, the Upper School advisories congregate in assembly to hear from just a few spotlighted student organizations before attending the Club Fair. At this event, student groups have opportunities to represent their interests at assigned tables, where peers seeking membership learn more before signing-up. This fair takes place in and around the Renee Elmore Courtyard between the Upper School buildings and brings the student body together for a fun afternoon. Students are excited and often join for multiple clubs. Rosters of future members are collected by club or student organization leadership and contacted in regard to first meetings, events, and upcoming activities. Students are encouraged to sign-up for a manageable number of clubs, i.e. two to three, and are reminded that active membership is based on attendance not just interest.
*Students interested in (re)forming a club, special interest group, or student organization need to complete an application form and read the rules carefully. A sign-up sheet for new members is also available. See above.
