On February 9, 2010, Saint Andrew's School joined the global ranks of the International Baccalaureate (IB) by instituting the Diploma Programme (DP) in the Upper School. On March 5, 2012, the School was approved to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP) in the Lower School. For the 2012-2013 academic year, we are in the application phase to offer the Middle Years Programme (MYP).
We are excited where this challenging, comprehensive, and balanced curriculum—both in and outside the classroom—is taking us.
The following link will provide parents at Saint Andrew's School with an overview of the IB's three programmes, the benefits of an IB education, and a look at school case studies and IB parent organizations.
